Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.

  3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

  4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until the cabbage is tender.

  5. Stir in the cooked rice and condensed cream of mushroom soup.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
