How To Make Dukkah-Spiced BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Dukkah spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, Dukkah spice blend, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Place the wings on the preheated grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and crispy.

Brush the BBQ sauce onto the wings during the last 5 minutes of cooking, flipping them over once to ensure even coating.

Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
