How To Make BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken wings in a large ziplock bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag and toss to coat the wings evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  4. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

  5. Brush the remaining marinade onto the wings during the last few minutes of grilling for an extra layer of flavor.

  6. Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
