  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

  4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and crispy.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

  7. In the meantime, heat olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat.

  8. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften and burst.

  9. Add the cooked lentils to the skillet with the tomatoes and toss to combine.

  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  11. Serve the crispy paprika chicken with the tomatoes and lentils, garnished with fresh parsley.
