- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and crispy.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

In the meantime, heat olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat.
