Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 lb) leg of lamb
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the leg of lamb with salt and pepper. Place it in the slow cooker.

  2. Rub the minced garlic all over the lamb.

  3. Place the sprigs of rosemary on top of the lamb.

  4. Pour the lemon juice and chicken broth into the slow cooker.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

  6. Once cooked, remove the leg of lamb from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
