Ingredients

  • 4 lbs leg of lamb
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, place the leg of lamb and rub it with minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Add rosemary sprigs to the slow cooker.

  3. Pour chicken broth over the lamb.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the lamb is fork-tender.

  5. Once cooked, remove the lamb from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  6. Serve the slow cooked leg of lamb with its juices and enjoy.
