How To Make Fennel Seed Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and fennel seeds.

  3. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

  4. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.

  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.

  6. Cut the dough into thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide.

  7. Place the strips on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Serve warm.
