How To Make Cardamom and Yogurt Parfait
A refreshing and flavorful dessert made with layers of yogurt, honey, and cardamom-infused granola.

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup honey, and ground cardamom. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, 1/4 cup honey, and melted coconut oil. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Let the granola cool before assembling the parfaits.

To assemble, layer the yogurt mixture and granola in individual parfait glasses.
