Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  2. Pour in the heavy cream and whisky, and stir well to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  3. Stir in the Dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper.
