How To Make Whisky Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup whisky
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and whisky, and stir well to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
