How To Make Cocktail name Penicillin

Ingredients
- 8 oz Blended Scotch Whisky
- 4 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 oz Honey ginger syrup
- 4 oz Smoky Islay Scotch whisky
- Ice cubes
- Lemon peel, for garnish
- Candied ginger, for garnish
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the blended Scotch whisky, lemon juice, and honey ginger syrup.

Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

Fill 4 rocks glasses with ice cubes.

Strain the cocktail mixture evenly into the rocks glasses.

Slowly pour 1 oz of smoky Islay Scotch whisky over the back of a spoon onto the surface of each cocktail to create a smoky layer.

Garnish each glass with a strip of lemon peel and a piece of candied ginger.
