  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  2. Spread a generous amount of ricotta cheese on each toast.

  3. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with oregano leaves.

  4. Season with salt and black pepper.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil.

  6. Serve immediately.
