How To Make Savoury Spiced Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the wet mixture over the oat mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
