Ingredients

  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup of Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup of croutons
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a large salad bowl, add the torn romaine lettuce.

  3. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Sprinkle the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.

  5. Season with black pepper and toss to combine.

  6. Serve the salad with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top before eating.
