How To Make Microwave Cauliflower Cheese

- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Place the cauliflower florets in a microwave-safe dish and cover with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.

Stir in the flour until well combined, then gradually whisk in the milk.

Microwave the sauce mixture for 2-3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring every minute.
