How To Make Lychee & Passion Fruit Panna Cottas

Ingredients
- 1 cup lychee puree
- 1/4 cup passion fruit juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Fresh lychees and passion fruit seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat the lychee puree, passion fruit juice, heavy cream, and sugar over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Stir well to combine.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into 4 individual serving glasses or ramekins. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before transferring to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Once set, garnish with fresh lychees and passion fruit seeds before serving.
