How To Make Creamy Yogurt Porridge

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup fresh berries (optional)
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Stir in rolled oats and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.

Stir in yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Serve warm porridge in bowls, and garnish with sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and fresh berries if desired.
