Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup boondi (fried chickpea flour balls)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.

  2. Add cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Add the boondi to the yogurt mixture and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve chilled with your favorite Indian meal.
