How To Make Vegan Tomato Basil Pasta
This vegan pasta dish is packed with flavor from fresh tomatoes and basil.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz. of pasta
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, until they begin to break down.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the tomato sauce pan and toss to combine.

Serve with fresh chopped basil.
