How To Make Vegan Tomato and Basil Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 cup vegan cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a baking dish, layer sliced tomatoes and chopped basil.

Pour vegan cheese sauce over tomato and basil mixture.

In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the casserole.
