How To Make Shortbread Cookies
Delicious and buttery shortbread cookies that melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Slowly add in the flour and salt, mixing until well combined.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.

Use a fork to press down on each cookie, creating a crisscross pattern.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
