How To Make Really Easy Cinnamon Rolls
These cinnamon rolls are incredibly simple to make and perfect for a quick and delicious breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk until a soft dough forms.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the melted butter evenly over the dough.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the melted butter.

Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log.

Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and place them in the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

While the cinnamon rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.

Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, drizzle the glaze over them while they’re still warm.
