How To Make Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs Recipe
Tender juicy chicken coated in sweet honey and tangy mustard sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

In a small bowl, whisk honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make sauce.

Brush sauce evenly on all sides of chicken thighs.
