  • 8 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make sauce.

  6. Brush sauce evenly on all sides of chicken thighs.

  7. Place skillet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
