  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 large lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add chopped chicken.

  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until no longer pink.

  3. Add hot sauce and butter to the chicken and stir until fully coated.

  4. Combine chopped celery and diced onion with the chicken mixture.

  5. Carefully remove 8 large lettuce leaves and fill each with chicken mixture.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
