How To Make Buffalo Chicken Wraps

  • 1 lb chicken fingers, white meat
  • 1/2 cup wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Louisana Hot sauce
  • 1 pkg soft taco tortillas
  • 1 pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • lettuce, shredded
  • ranch , or bleu cheese dressing


  1. Place chicken tenders in a deep fryer and cook until crisp. 

  2. While frying chicken, mix together wing sauce, garlic powder and hot sauce in a small bowl.

  3. Take chicken fingers and cut in half. Place fingers in sauce to coat and then put them in the middle of a tortilla (2-3 half pieces). 

  4. Cover with lettuce, tomato, cheese and your choice of dressing. Fold in ends then roll into a wrap.
