How To Make Lemon Curd
A bright and tangy lemon filling that is perfect for spreading on toast or filling pastries.

Ingredients
- 3 lemons
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs
Instructions

Zest and juice the lemons.

In a saucepan, combine the lemon juice, zest, sugar, and butter.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture thickens.
