How To Make Lemon Bars
Deliciously tangy and sweet, these lemon bars are the perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large lemons
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

Zest and juice the lemons, then set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in the lemon zest and juice, mixing until well combined.

Pour the lemon mixture over the crust in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
