How To Make Keto Strawberry Shortcake Recipe
A delicious low-carb dessert made with almond flour and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Lakanto monkfruit sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.

Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape them into shortcakes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.

Let the shortcakes cool before slicing them in half horizontally.

Spread whipped cream on the bottom half of the shortcake, and top with sliced strawberries.
