How To Make Tarragon & almond chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, mix the almond meal, tarragon, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil.

Dip each chicken breast into the almond mixture, coating both sides.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
