  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the garlic and rosemary mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
