How To Make Air Fryer Avocado Fries

- 2 avocados
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the avocados into fries shapes, about 1/2 inch thick. Remove the skin and pit.

In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.

Dip each avocado fry into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Arrange the coated avocado fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
