How To Make Gluten-Free Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chicken broth

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
