How To Make Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Creamy and flavorful mashed potatoes with a hint of garlic.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup of butter
- ½ cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Peel and chop the potatoes into large chunks.

Place the chopped potatoes and garlic cloves in a large pot and cover with water.

Bring the pot to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return them to the pot.

Add the butter and milk to the pot.

Mash the potatoes and garlic until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
