How To Make 2-Ingredient Dough Bagels

- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel shape.

Place the bagels onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
