Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cups of mixed greens
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of diced cucumber
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup of Del Taco’s Cilantro Pepita Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
