How To Make Del Taco’s Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of diced cucumber
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup of diced red onion
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of Del Taco’s Cilantro Pepita Ranch dressing
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
