How To Make CPK Mediterranean Veggie Pizza
An herbaceous, zesty pizza with artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle chopped artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and bell pepper over the pizza.

Top with shredded mozzarella and crumbled feta cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese has melted.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped parsley and oregano over the pizza.

Slice and serve hot.
