How To Make CPK Mediterranean Veggie Pizza

An herbaceous, zesty pizza with artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Place pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.

  4. Sprinkle chopped artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and bell pepper over the pizza.

  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and crumbled feta cheese.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese has melted.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped parsley and oregano over the pizza.

  8. Slice and serve hot.
