How To Make Coriander & Mint Raita

A refreshing and tangy yogurt-based dip infused with the flavors of coriander and mint.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.

  2. Add the chopped coriander and mint leaves to the yogurt.

  3. Add cumin powder, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Serve chilled and garnish with a few fresh coriander leaves, if desired.
