- 1 cup of strong brewed espresso
- 2 tablespoons of Irish cream liqueur
- 16 ladyfingers
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso and Irish cream liqueur.

Dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture, making sure to soak both sides, and arrange in a single layer on a serving dish.

In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers.

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the espresso mixture and arrange on top of the mascarpone layer.

Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
