How To Make Coconut Flour Cookies
Delicious and nutritious cookies made with coconut flour, perfect for a gluten-free treat.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

If desired, fold in any optional mix-ins.

Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
