  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Form mixture into 16 meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake meatballs in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
