How To Make Chocolate & Orange Rice Pudding
Creamy and indulgent rice pudding with a hint of orange and rich chocolate.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Arborio rice
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
- Orange slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the rice, milk, water, sugar, cocoa powder, orange zest, vanilla extract, and salt.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.

Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for about 25-30 minutes or until the rice is tender and the pudding has thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.

Serve warm or chilled. Top with whipped cream and garnish with orange slices if desired.
