  • 4 chicken thighs with skin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Rinse the chicken thighs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet, skin side up.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
