How To Make Almond Flour Waffles

- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (such as honey or maple syrup)
Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Grease the preheated waffle iron with cooking spray or melted butter.

Pour the batter onto the waffle iron, using about 1/4 cup of batter per waffle.

Close the waffle iron and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.
