  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and break them into chunks.

  2. Place the bananas, blueberries, peanut butter, milk, yogurt, and honey (if desired) in a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie is chilled and frothy.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
