  • 4 medium-sized apples
  • 2 cups of chilled milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and core the apples. Cut them into small chunks.

  2. In a blender, add the apple chunks, chilled milk, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

  3. Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  4. If desired, add a few ice cubes to make the milkshake colder and thicker.

  5. Pour the apple milkshake into glasses and serve chilled.
