Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Fresh lavender sprigs, for garnish
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 2 cups of water with the sugar and dried lavender flowers. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Strain the lavender-infused simple syrup into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.

  3. Add the remaining 2 cups of water and lemon juice to the pitcher, and stir well to combine.

  4. Chill the lavender lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until cold.

  5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices.
