How To Make Lavender Champagne Cocktail Recipe
A refreshing and floral cocktail made with lavender syrup and champagne.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers
- 1 bottle of champagne
- Fresh lavender sprigs, for garnish
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and lavender flowers. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until syrup has thickened slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.

Strain the syrup into a jar and discard the lavender flowers.

To serve, pour 1-2 tbsp of lavender syrup into each champagne flute and top with champagne.

Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs and serve immediately.
