How To Make Macchiato

Spruce up your caffeine in-take and skip the long lines at coffee shops. These coffee recipes are a sure-win for any caffeine lover.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 shots of espresso
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew 4 shots of espresso and set aside.

  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

  3. Remove from heat and whisk vigorously until frothy.

  4. Divide the espresso shots between 4 cups.

  5. Slowly pour the hot milk over the espresso, holding back the froth with a spoon.

  6. Spoon the froth on top of each cup.

  7. Drizzle each cup with 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla syrup and 1/2 tablespoon of caramel sauce.

  8. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.

  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
