How To Make Fresh Pear Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 fresh pears, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 package ready-made pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sliced pears, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.

Mix well until the pears are evenly coated.

Roll out one pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish.

Pour the pear mixture into the pie crust.

Dot the top of the pie with the small pieces of butter.

Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling.
