How To Make Easy Pavlova Recipe

- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, fresh fruits, and mint leaves for topping (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar, a tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and the mixture becomes glossy.

Sift in the cornstarch and gently fold it into the egg white mixture.

Add the white vinegar and vanilla extract, and gently fold until well combined.

Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round shape with slightly raised edges.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside without opening the door.
