  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  5. Gently fold in the cranberries and cream cheese.

  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
